Constitution & By Laws Committee is proposing a new document to
Voters Assembly on September 19, 2010, copy attached, for review
and acceptance at a subsequent Voters meeting. Following is a

CONSTITUTION
·
Members
will be required to sign the Constitution to qualify as Voters.
·
Number of
Boards is reduced from 6 to 4 with each Board to have at least 4
members. See below.
·
Restriction of women serving as President or Vice President is
removed.
BY LAWS
·
Voters
meetings reduced from 5 to 3 annually (Jan., May, Nov.), quorum
set at 20. Council meetings quarterly instead of monthly.
·
Boards
will be “Christian Education & Evangelism”, Elders, “Deacons &
Stewardship”, and Trustees, with at least 4 members each.
·
Elections
move from June to November, terms to start January 1st.at
2 years each (3 years for Elders) but number of terms is no longer
limited.
·
Duties of
officers and Boards were “fine tuned”.
